摘  要:针对海上油气田油管切割作业受井斜限制,且割断后不易判断的难题,研制了一种油管电驱切割装置。该装置包括地面控制系统和井下切割仪器串两部分,配备电驱马达和支撑锚定,可在油管内任意位置切割管柱,并通过数值模拟对锚定机构进行了强度校核。室内试验及现场应用结果表明:井下油管电驱切割装置锚定可靠、切削铁屑为碎末,断面整齐;地面控制系统界面数据可视、易于判断是否完全切割。该装置已成功应用于3口井油管切割作业,各项指标及性能良好,切割成功率100%。To address the problems of cutting tubing in offshore oil and gas fields such as limitation of wellbore inclination and difficulty of determining cutting state,an electric drive cutting device has been developed.This device consists of two parts of ground control system and downhole cutting instrument string,equipped with an electric drive motor and support anchor.It can cut the pipe string at any position inside the tubing.The strength of the anchor mechanism is verified through numerical simulation.The results of indoor experiments and on-site applications indicate that the anchoring of the downhole tubing electric drive cutting device is reliable,the cutting iron filings are broken,and the cross-section is neat.The interface data of the ground control system is visible and easy to determine whether it is completely cut.It has been successfully applied to the cutting operation of tubing in three wells,with good indicators and performance,and the cutting success rate of 100%.
