摘  要:为了评估磁性涂层测厚仪测量管状基体表面涂层厚度准确性,通过对不同曲率表面上测量校准片和涂层厚度的测量结果进行误差分析,讨论了测量结果的可靠性,并评定了其在曲面上测量结果的不确定度。结果表明:在平面上测量结果的误差远小于曲面上的测量结果误差。在曲面上测量涂层厚度时,磁性测厚仪的最小曲率半径越大,测量误差较大。测量结果不确定度评定显示,涂层测厚仪A的不确定度为Y=(251±12.83)μm,k=2;涂层测厚仪B为Y=(251±8.2)μm,k=2。在同曲率的曲面上测量超过3.7 mm厚度的涂层时,涂层测厚仪B的波动区间仅为0.22 mm。以上结果可为提高曲面涂层厚度检测的准确性提供参考。In order to evaluate the measurement result accuracy of coating thickness on tubular substrate with magnetic coating thickness gauge,coating thickness on the curved surface with different curvature radius was measured and error analysis was carried out.In addition,the reliability of the measurement results was discussed and the uncertainty of the results was evaluated.It is shown that the error of measurement results on the plane is much smaller than that on the curved surface.The larger the minimum curvature radius of the magnetic thickness gauge,the greater the error in measurement of the coating thickness on a curved surface.Evaluation result of measurement uncertainty on curved surface is Y=(251 ± 12.83) μm,k=2 for coating thickness gauge A,and Y=(251 ± 8.2) μm,k=2 for coating thickness gauge B.When measuring the coating thickness over 3.7 mm on a curved surface with the same curvature,the fluctuation range of the coating thickness gauge is only 0.22 mm.The above results provide reference for improving the accuracy of the coating detection results on the curved surface.
