摘 要:光动力疗法(PDT)利用光激活光敏剂(PSs)产生治疗肿瘤的有毒物质,因其特定的时空选择性、无创性以及不易产生耐药性等优点,现已成为癌症治疗的新兴解决方案.近年来,铱(Ⅲ)配合物因其优异的光物理、光化学和光生物学特性而作为光敏剂引起了广泛关注.本文对铱(Ⅲ)配合物在光动力治疗肿瘤方面的研究进展进行综述,主要介绍了应用于单/双光子光动力治疗以及基于纳米复合体系设计的铱(Ⅲ)光敏剂,为开发新型金属抗肿瘤药物提供参考.另外,本文还总结了近年来铱(Ⅲ)配合物在光动力免疫抗肿瘤方面的研究,为发展精准高效治疗肿瘤提供一种新的策略.最后,对铱(Ⅲ)光敏剂在抗癌应用上的前景进行了展望.Photodynamic therapy(PDT),which uses light-activated photosensitizers(PSs)to produce toxic substances for the treatment of tumors,is now an emerging solution for cancer treatment due to its specific spatiotemporal selectivity,non-invasiveness,and lack of susceptibility to drug resistance.In recent years,iridium(Ⅲ)complexes have attracted much attention as photosensitizers due to their excellent photophysical,photochemical,and photobiological properties.This article reviews the research progress of iridium(Ⅲ)complexes in the photodynamic therapy of tumors,focusing on iridium(Ⅲ)photosensitizers applied in one/two-photon photodynamic therapy as well as designed based on nanocomposite systems,which will provide a reference for the development of novel metal antitumor drugs.In addition,the research on iridium(Ⅲ)complexes in photodynamic immunotherapy in recent years is summarized to provide a new strategy for developing precise and efficient treatment of tumors.Finally,the prospect of iridium(Ⅲ)photosensitizers in cancer treatment is discussed and prospected.
