摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年3月我院收治的86例小儿大叶性肺炎患者,随机分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,研究组采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、炎症指标及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组退热时间、咳嗽改善时间、气喘改善时间、肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组CRP、WBC、PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的效果良好,能有效减轻患儿的临床症状,并改善炎症指标,同时具有较高的安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 86 children with lobar pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group(43 children)and study group(43 children).The control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium,and the study group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with azithromycin.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time,inflammation index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The antipyretic time,cough improvement time,asthma improvement time and lung rale disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,WBC and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and azithromycin in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children and improve the inflammatory indicators,and has high safety.
