摘　　要：目的:分析在肺癌骨转移患者中给予唑来膦酸联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2024年2月我院收治的肺癌骨转移样本100例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予唑来膦酸治疗,观察组给予唑来膦酸+帕米膦酸二钠治疗,比较两组炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、临床疗效、不良反应及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对肺癌骨转移患者,唑来膦酸联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗在抑制炎症因子、提高临床疗效及改善生活质量方面具有显著效果,且安全性高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with pamidronate disodium in patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods:From February 2021 to February 2024,100 patients with lung cancer bone metastasis samples admitted to our hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid,and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid+pamidronate disodium.The inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with pamidronate disodium is effective in inhibiting inflammatory factors,improving clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with lung cancer with bone metastasis,and has high safety.
