厄贝沙坦与氯沙坦钾分别联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨厄贝沙坦与氯沙坦钾分别联合常规药物对高血压的治疗效果及对肝肾功能的影响。方法:选取我院2020年9月—2023年9月收治的100例原发性高血压患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为厄贝沙坦组和氯沙坦钾组,各组50例。厄贝沙坦组采用厄贝沙坦+硝苯地平治疗,氯沙坦钾组采用氯沙坦钾+硝苯地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、肝功能指标、肾功能指标。结果:两组治疗总有效率、SBP、DBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);厄贝沙坦治疗后ALP、ALT、AST水平低于氯沙坦钾组(P<0.05);氯沙坦钾组治疗后SCr、BUN、尿酸水平低于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦与氯沙坦钾分别联合常规药物均可改善高血压临床疗效,降低血压水平,但厄贝沙坦可改善患者肝功能,氯沙坦钾可改善患者肾功能,因此临床可根据高血压患者肝肾损伤程度来选择不同药物进行治疗。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of irbesartan and losartan potassium combined with conventional drugs on hypertension and their effects on liver and kidney function.Methods:A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into irbesartan group and losartan potassium group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The irbesartan group was treated with irbesartan+nifedipine,and the losartan potassium group was treated with losartan potassium+nifedipine.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,liver function index and renal function index were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate,SBP and DBP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALP,ALT and AST in irbesartan group were lower than those in losartan potassium group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN and uric acid in losartan potassium group were lower than those in irbesartan group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan and losartan potassium combined with conventional drugs can improve the clinical efficacy of hypertension and reduce the level of blood pressure.However,irbesartan can improve the liver function of patients,and losartan potassium can improve the renal function of patients.Therefore,different drugs can be selected according to the degree of liver and kidney injury in patients with hypertension.
