摘　　要：目的:探讨芭克硅胶软膏联合点阵CO_(2)激光修复烧伤后增生性瘢痕的效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2024年5月在本院接受治疗的面部烧伤增生性瘢痕患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组给予常规护理和点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加芭克硅胶软膏外用。治疗16周后,比较两组临床疗效、修订版温哥华瘢痕量表(m VSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率(94.0%)高于对照组(78.0%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后m VSS总分及各项评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芭克硅胶软膏联合点阵CO_(2)激光修复烧伤后增生性瘢痕的效果显著,可有效改善瘢痕状况,提高治疗有效率,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of KELO-COTE silicone ointment combined with CO_(2) fractional laser on the repair effect of burn scar patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with facial burn hypertrophic scars who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and CO_(2) fractional laser treatment,while the study group was given external application of KELOCOTE silicone ointment on the basis of the control group.After 16 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,modified Vancouver scar scale(mVSS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(94.0%)was higher than that of the control group(78.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score and each score of mVSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of KELO-COTE silicone ointment combined with CO_(2) fractional laser in the treatment of facial burn hypertrophic scar is significant,which can effectively improve the scar condition,improve the treatment efficiency,and has good safety.
