地黄多糖联合葛根素辅助常规西药方案治疗2型糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨地黄多糖联合葛根素辅助常规西药方案治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加地黄多糖联合葛根素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标、ET-1、TNF-α、血流变学指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、LDL-C、ET-1、TNF-α、红细胞比容、血浆黏度、全血黏度低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地黄多糖联合葛根素辅助常规西药方案治疗2型糖尿病能够提升患者治疗效果,改善患者糖脂代谢指标、降低ET-1、TNF-α及血流变学指标,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide combined with puerarin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effects on endothelin(ET),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hemorheology.Methods:A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide combined with puerarin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,ET-1,TNF-αand hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,LDL-C,ET-1,TNF-α,hematocrit,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide combined with puerarin assisted conventional western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of patients,reduce ET-1,TNF-αand hemorheology indexes,which is worthy of clinical application.
