摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在晚期前列腺癌患者药物治疗期间的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—12月本院收治的50例晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,对比两组患者血清中的前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异抗原(f-PSA)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及护理效果。结果:治疗后1个月,观察组TNF-a.IL-6、CRP水平、PSA、f-PSA水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用在晚期前列腺癌患者药物治疗期间的效果显著,可有效控制肿瘤生长或转移,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with advanced prostate cancer during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 50 patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The serum levels of prostate specific antigen(PSA),free prostate specific antigen(f-PSA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results:One month after treatment,the levels of TNF-a,IL-6,CRP,PSA and f-PSA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing application in patients with advanced prostate cancer during drug treatment is significant,which can effectively control tumor growth or metastasis and reduce inflammatory response.It is worthy of clinical application.
