摘  要:大型制冷的并联水泵能耗较大,难以在兼顾制冷的同时降低能耗,为此提出基于分布式概率估计的并联水泵节能优化控制方法。首先基于并联水泵特性建模,得出扬程与水流量间的特性曲线,以二者间关系作为支撑构建节能优化控制的目标函数,设定目标函数的关联约束以及边界约束,构建节能优化控制模型,运用分布式概率估计算法计算控制模型全局最优解,实现并联水泵节能优化控制。实验结果表明:所提方法的节能效果好,优化后并联水泵的扬程较高,能够在降低能耗的同时保持优异的制冷性能。The large-scale refrigeration parallel water pump consumes a lot of energy,and it is difficult to reduce energy consumption while taking into account the cooling.Therefore,an energy-saving optimization control method of parallel water pump based on distrib-uted probability estimation is proposed.Firstly,based on the characteristic modeling of the parallel pump,the characteristic curve between the head and the water flow is obtained,and the relationship between the two is used as the support to construct the ob-jective function of the energy-saving optimization control,the distributed probability estimation algorithm is used to calculate the global optimal solution of the control model,and the energy-saving optimal control of the parallel water pump is realized.The ex-perimental results show that the proposed method has good energy-saving effect,and the optimized parallel pump has a higher lift,which can reduce energy consumption while maintaining excellent refrigeration performance.
