摘  要:大型停电事故通常由电网关键线路连锁故障引起,演变成多条线路相继跳闸的情况。为有效识别出电网停电关键线路,提出一种基于事故链模型的电网停电关键线路自动化锁定方法。建立事故链理论模型,分析事故链特征关键因素;计算线路历史故障率,通过模糊性描述获得故障可能性和必要性测度结果;利用隶属度函数计算分支线路触发隐性故障的门槛值,求得故障严重程度隶属度;综合考虑线路结构和运行状态,完成关键线路的自动化锁定识别。实验证明,所提方法能够明确线路风险值和事故发生区域,实现关键线路自动化锁定,且锁定识别的准确性较高。Large blackouts are usually caused by cascading failures of key lines in the power grid,which evolve into the situation of multi-ple lines tripping one after another.In order to effectively identify the key lines of the power grid,an automatic locking method based on the fault chain model is proposed.It establishes a theoretical model of the accident chain to analyze the key factors of the characteristics of the accident chain;The historical fault rate of the line is calculated,and the measurement results of fault pos-sibility and necessity are obtained through fuzzy description;The membership function is used to calculate the threshold value of hidden fault triggered by branch lines,and the membership degree of fault severity is obtained;The automatic locking identifica-tion of key lines is completed by comprehensively considering the line structure and operation status.The experimental results show that the proposed method can identify the risk value of the line and the loss caused by accidents,realize the automatic lock-ing of key lines,and the accuracy of locking identification is high.
