摘　　要：对独山子石化公司工业化稀土顺丁橡胶BR9101N的结构与性能进行了研究,并与朗盛公司同类产品CB24及镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000进行了对比评价。结果表明:BR9101N及其对标样CB24的门尼粘度基本相同,BR9101N顺式1,4结构含量与CB 24相当,达到96%以上,BR9000顺式-1,4结构含量略低;BR9101N力学性能优于BR9000,略高于CB24;BR9101N撕裂强度略优于BR9000和CB 24;BR9101N压缩生热和回弹性最低;BR9101N的耐磨性与CB24相当,优于BR9000;BR9101N的耐老化性能与CB24相当,优于镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000。The structure and properties of industrialized BR9101N of Dushanzi petrochemical company was studied,and compared with similar products of LANXESS company and nickel polybutadiene rubber.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of NdBR9101N and CB24 was basically equivalent,the cis-1,4 content of BR9101N was basically the same as that of CB24,reaching more than 96%,and the cis-1,4 content of BR9000 was slightly lower;The mechanical properties of BR9101N were better than BR9000 and slightly higher than that of CB24;The tear strength of BR9101N was slightly better than that of BR9000 and CB24;The compression heat generation and rebound of BR9101N were the lowest.The abrasion resistance of BR9101N was equivalent to that of CB24 and better than that of BR9000;The aging resistance of BR9101N was equivalent to that of CB24 and better than that of BR9000.
