摘 要:针对氯丁橡胶和玻纤布的复合胶布,研究了胶粘剂粘度对复合胶布层间粘合强度和拉伸剪切强度的影响,并进行了分析。结果表明,随着胶粘剂粘度的逐渐降低,复合胶布的层间粘合强度和拉伸剪切强度先提高后降低,当胶粘剂流出时间为40~35 s时达到峰值。复合胶布的层间粘合试样破坏界面SEM显示,不同胶粘剂粘度试样的破坏界面呈现明显的差异。随着胶粘剂粘度的降低,6层复合胶布与金属轮之间的粘合强度同样呈现先提高后降低的现象,与复合胶布的层间粘合强度和拉伸剪切强度变化趋势一致。The influence of adhesive viscosity on the interlayer adhesion strength and tensile shear strength of the composite prepared by neoprene rubber and glass fiber cloth was studied and analyzed.The results showed that,with the viscosity of adhesive decreasing gradually,the interlayer adhesion strength and tensile shear strength of the composite first increased and then decreased,and reached the peak value when the efflux time of adhesive was 40~35 s.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)images of the fracture interface of the interlayer adhesive sample of the composite showed that the fracture interface of the sample with different adhesive viscosity showed obvious difference.With the decrease of adhesive viscosity,the bonding strength between the 6-layer composite and the metal wheel also showed the trend of first increased and then decreased,which was consistent with the change trend of interlayer bonding strength and tensile shear strength of the composite.
