高性能白炭黑湿法预混母胶的制备与性能

摘　　要：在溶剂油中采用硅烷偶联剂Si75改性粉碎后的白炭黑与橡胶溶解制成复合胶,并添加配合剂混炼制备了高性能白炭黑预混母胶。结果表明,与传统干法制备的白炭黑预混母胶相比,湿法混炼母胶的门尼粘度较高、弹性好、硫化性能优。The silica modified by Si75 in solvent oil,and then fully mixed with rubber to prepare masterbatch by wet process.The results showed that compared with the traditional dry process,the wet process mastewrbatch had higher mooney viscosity,better elasticity and better vulcanization property.
