摘　　要：法治是现代社会安全有序运转的重要保证。推进跨境经济合作区高质量发展,需要高效能的法治保障。本文以中国老挝磨憨—磨丁经济合作区为例,分析了支撑跨境经济合作区发展的法治基础、发展中存在的问题与挑战,总结了国内外跨境经济合作区发展的法治保障实践探索,提出了深入践行习近平法治思想,学习借鉴成功的跨境经济合作区的经验做法,完善法律框架体系、健全协同管理机制等对策措施,为稳步推进跨境经济合作区高质量发展提供法治保障。The rule of law is an important guarantee for the safely and orderly operation of modern society.It needs eficient legal protection to promote the high-quality development of cross-border economic cooperation zones.Taking the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone as an example,this article analyzes the legal basis which support its development,the problems and challenges existing in the development,and summarizes the practical exploration of legal guarantee for the development of cross-border economic cooperation zones at home and abroad.In this regard,it is indispensable to take measures such as deeply practicing Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,learning from the successful experiences and practices of other cross-border economic cooperation zones,improving the legal framework system,perfecting the collaborative management mechanism.And then it will provide powerful legal guarantee for the steady promotion of the development of economic cooperation zones.
