摘 要:为探究锈蚀对桥梁工程中变截面现浇箱梁的结构可靠度以及承载能力的影响,对锈蚀箱梁门洞支架体系的承载力进行了有限元验算。通过加速锈蚀试验得到4种锈蚀率的拉伸试件,然后进行锈蚀试件拉伸试验,得到不同锈蚀率下门洞桁架的应力-应变关系。基于ABAQUS有限元软件对锈蚀门洞支架体系的应力、应变及承载能力进行验算。试验结果表明结构损伤程度随锈蚀率增大而增大,锈蚀率小于1.97%对门洞支架结构体系的承载力影响可忽略不计,可靠度系数为4.72,稳定性良好;锈蚀率大于5.88%时变截面现浇箱梁门洞支架整体的临界荷载显著降低。To investigate the impact of corrosion on the structural reliability and load-bearing capacity of variable-section cast-in-place box girders in bridge engineering,finite element analysis was conducted on the load-bearing capacity of corroded box girder portal frame systems.Accelerated corrosion tests were used to obtain tensile specimens with four different corrosion rates.Tensile tests on these specimens provided the stress-strain relationships for portal frame trusses at various corrosion rates.Using ABAQUS finite element software,the stress,strain,and load-bearing capacity of the corroded portal frame system were analyzed.The results show that the degree of structural damage increases with the corrosion rate.Corrosion rates below 1.97%have negligible impact on the load-bearing capacity of the portal frame system,with a reliability coefficient of 4.72 indicating good stability.However,when the corrosion rate exceeds 5.88%,the critical load of the entire variable-section cast-in-place box girder portal frame significantly decreases.
