摘　　要：1934年暑期,顾颉刚、吴文藻、陈其田、容庚、雷洁琼、郑振铎、冰心等燕京大学知识分子沿平绥铁路线的集体旅行,在西北考察热潮中具有独特的意义。这次旅行,在北平向西北延伸的现代性空间的延长线上,展开以火车旅行为视点的现代国家疆域体验。同时,旅行团通过有计划的考察分工,完成文学、史学、宗教、经济、社会等不同学科的系列旅行书写,将西北置于多元复调文本的互文互证结构中,从文化、历史、社会等多个角度重新建构更为整体性的西北形象,以唤起国人关注,回应东北失守之后西北地区面临的日趋紧迫的边疆危机。这次旅行,亦体现了燕京大学知识分子从个人到团体、从书斋走向社会、从单一学科到多元视角的介入现实的实践路径。In the summer of 1934,a group of intellectuals from Yenching University,including Gu Jiegang,Wu Wenzao,Chen Qitian,Rong Geng,Lei Jiejiong,Zheng Zhenduo,Bing Xin,etc.,conducted a collective journey along the Beiping-Suiyuan Railway,which was of unique significance in the trend of exploring the Northwest China.This trip,on the extension line of the modern space extending from Beiping to the northwest,unfolds the modern national territory experience from the perspective of train travel.Meanwhile,through planned division of labor in the investigation,the group completed a series of travel writings in different disciplines such as literature,history,religion,economy,and society,placing the Northwest China in an intertextual and mutually verified structure of diverse and polyphonic texts.They reconstructed a more holistic image of the Northwest China from various perspectives such as culture,history,and society,in order to arouse the attention of the countrymen and respond to the increasingly pressing border crisis facing the Northwest China after the loss of Northeast China.This journey also reflected the practical approach of the intellectuals from Yenching University in intervening in reality,from individual to group,from the study to the society,and from a single discipline to multiple perspectives.
