摘 要:研究了Fe含量对NdFe_(10.25)TiNb_(0.25)/x%α-Fe(质量分数)永磁合金微观组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,合金铸锭均是由α-Fe相、1:12相和富Nd相组成,Fe含量增加,α-Fe相含量增加,1:12相含量减少。合金薄带晶粒尺寸随着Fe含量的增加而逐渐减小,并产生Fe_(2)Ti相,Fe_(2)Ti相和富Nd相含量随着Fe含量的增加而逐渐减少。当x≥15时,合金薄带只有1:12相和α-Fe相,平均晶粒尺寸减小到60 nm以下。渗氮后平均晶粒尺寸减小15%~20%,磁性能得到明显改善。x=15时,得到的氮化合金薄带磁性能较佳,矫顽力为80396 A/m,饱和磁化强度为130.7 (A·m^(2))·kg^(-1),比x=0时矫顽力提高了25%,饱和磁化强度提高了12%。粘结后最大磁能积先下降后升高,x=15时最高,达到了32.08 kJ/m^(3),相比于x=0时的22.92 kJ/m^(3),增幅达到了40%。x=15时的氮化合金薄带高温结构稳定性较好,在360℃以下保持结构稳定,高温应用潜力大。The effect of Fe content on microstructure and magnetic properties of NdFe_(10.25)TiNb_(0.25)/x% α-Fe permanent magnet alloy was studied.The results show that alloy ingot is composed ofα-Fe phase,1:12 phase and Nd-rich phase.When Fe content increases,α-Fe phase content increases,but 1:12 phase content decreases.The grain size of the thin strip decreases gradually with the increase in Fe content,and Fe 2 Ti phase is produced.The contents of Fe 2 Ti phase and Nd-rich phase decrease gradually with the increase in Fe content.When x≥15,the thin strip only has 1:12 phase anda-Fe phase,and the average grain size is reduced to less than 60 nm.After nitriding,the average grain size is reduced by 15%-20%,and the magnetic properties are obviously improved.When x=15,the obtained nitrided alloy thin strip has better magnetic properties,coercivity is 80396 A/m,saturation magnetization is 130.7(A·m^(2))·kg^(-1),which is 25%higher than that when x=0,and saturation magnetization is increased by 12%.After bonding,the maximum magnetic energy product decreases first and then increases,and reaches the highest value(32.08 kJ/m^(3))at x=15,which is increased by 40%compared with 22.92 kJ/m^(3) at x=0.The nitriding alloy thin strip at x=15 has good structural stability at high temperature,and maintains structural stability below 360℃,which has great application potential at high temperature.
