摘 要:TS-1分子筛具有良好的催化作用,但非骨架钛含量高、疏水性差、孔道小、活性位点少、因此,需要通过改性来提高其催化活性。本文从非骨架钛、孔道尺寸、活性位点及其周围环境、疏水性四方面的调节分别简述了酸改性、碱改性、杂原子改性等方法对TS-1分子筛催化性能的改善。最后,本文基于改性中存在的盲点和缺陷针对性提出了未来可能的研究方向。TS-1 molecular sieve is know for its prominent catalytic activity,but due to its high extra-framework titanium content,poor hydrophobicity,tiny pore size and scant active sites,modification is an imperative technique to improve its catalytic performance.This article briefly describes the improvement of catalytic performance of TS-1 molecular sieve by acid modification,alkali modification,and heteroatom modification methods from four aspects:Extra-framework titanium,pore size,active sites and their surrounding environment and hydrophobicity.Finally,this article proposes potential future research directions based on the blind spots and defects identified in the modification process.
