摘 要:聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)材料难以结晶的缺点限制了其作为可降解高分子材料的广泛应用。利用差示扫描量热手段系统地研究了苯基磷酸锌和己二酸二苯基二酰肼两种成核剂对不同光学纯度PLA结晶能力的影响,等温结晶时间显示两种成核剂对高光纯PLA(右旋结构含量<1%)均表现出很好的加速结晶作用,对于中低光纯PLA(右旋结构含量2.7%),苯基磷酸锌成核效果明显优于酰肼类。同时考察了成核剂对PLA样条冲击性能的影响,添加成核剂后的PLA样条冲击性能均获得提高,但对中低光纯PLA的影响更大。此外,对比验证了滑石粉含量及成核剂对滑石粉改性PLA体系结晶性能及冲击强度的影响。对于滑石粉改性高光纯PLA,等温结晶时间和冲击强度变化均不明显,说明滑石粉起主导作用;对于滑石粉改性中低光纯PLA,成核剂影响较大,可能是酰肼类成核剂可以在高温下成核,而滑石粉在较低温度下成核有关。The effects of zinc phenylphosphate and hydrazide nucleating agents on the crystallization ability of polylactide(PLA)with different optical purity were investigated by DSC system.Isothermal crystallization time showed that both nucleating agents showed good crystallization promoting effect on high optical purity PLA.For medium and low optical purity PLA,the nucleation effect of phenyl zinc phosphate was significantly higher than that of hydrazide.At the same time,the effect of nucleating agent on the impact properties of PLA was investigated.The impact properties of PLA were improved after adding nucleating agent,but the effect on medium and low optical purity PLA was greater.The effects of talc content and nucleating agent on the crystallization properties and impact strength of talc modified PLA system were verified.For talc modified high optical purity PLA,the isothermal crystallization time and impact strength did not change significantly,indicating that talc played a leading role.For talc modified medium and low optical purity PLA,the nucleating agent has a great influence,which may be related to the fact that the hydrazide nucleating agent can nucleate at high temperature,while the talc nucleates at lower temperature.
