摘  要:聚对苯二甲酰癸二胺(PA10T)是一种新型的半芳香族尼龙材料,具有良好的物理机械性能和耐热性能,但加工性和韧性较差。通过与含量不同的聚癸二酰己二胺PA610共混能够有效改善其加工流动性,并且采用一定量的聚烯烃弹性体还能进一步对PA10T起到良好的增韧改性作用。结果表明,采用质量比为70:30的PA10T与PA610共混,能够使其短纤维增强,复合材料注塑产品获得良好的力学性能、耐冲击性能、较低的吸水性和热膨胀系数,更加适合用于制造需要在高温条件下使用的抗冲击聚合物基复合材料制品。Semi-aromatic nylon(PA10T)is a new kind of semi-aromatic nylon material.The existence of benzene ring on the main chain makes PA10T have good physical and mechanical properties and heat resistance,but the processability and toughness are poor.The processing fluidity of PA10T can be effectively improved by blending with polyadipamide(PA610)with different content,and a certain amount of polyolefin elastomer can further play a good toughening and modification effect on PA10T.The results show that the short fiber reinforced composite can obtain good mechanical properties,impact resistance,low water absorption and thermal expansion coefficient by blending PA10T and PA610 with mass ratio of 70:30.It is more suitable for the manufacture of impact resistant polymer matrix composite products that need to be used at high temperatures.
