摘 要:目的:采用单因素考察和响应面分析法相结合,对超声提取山楂叶中槲皮素的工艺参数进行优化。方法:以槲皮素的提取量为评价指标,运用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。结果:最佳提取条件为提取时间41 min、超声温度49℃、液料比20 mL/g,槲皮素平均提取量为(7.80±0.22)mg/g。结论:响应曲面法优化槲皮素的提取工艺方法简单、稳定、可行。Objective:To optimize the process parameters for ultrasonic extraction of quercetin from hawthorn leaves using a combination of one-factor examination and response surface analysis.Methods:The extraction amount of quercetin was used as the evaluation index,and the re-sponse surface method was applied to optimize the extraction process.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were 41 min extraction time,49℃ ultrasonic temperature,20 mL/g liquid/feed ratio,and the average extraction amount of quercetin was(7.80±0.22)mg/g.Conclusion:The method of response surface method to optimize the extraction process of quercetin is simple,stable and feasible.
