摘 要:我国优质锰资源消耗殆尽,目前我国高纯硫酸锰的生产原料严重依赖进口锰矿,国内“锰三角”仍有巨量的低品位锰资源暂未得到利用。自产锰精矿酸浸液锰浓度和锰杂比低,难以经济制备高纯硫酸锰。本研究以国内锰精矿与国外进口矿为主要原料,通过分析两种矿物的物相及矿相组成,开发协同浸出技术,考察不同参数对浸出过程锰杂比和锰浓度的影响。研究表明,在自产锰精矿添加量15%,反应温度95℃,反应时间3 h的条件下,最终得到的浸出液中锰浓度可达到86.92 g/L,锰杂比可达79,可用于制备高纯硫酸锰。The high-quality manganese resources of China have been depleted.At present,the production of high-purity manganese sulfate in China heavily relies on imported manganese ore as raw materials,and there is still a huge amount of low-grade manganese resources in the domestic"manganese triangle"that have not been utilized.The leaching solution of self-produced manganese concentrate has low manganese concentration and manganese to impurities ratio,making it difficult to economically prepare high-purity manganese sulfate.The domestic manganese concentrates and imported ore were used as the main raw materials in this study.By analyzing the phase and mineral composition of the two minerals,a synergistic leaching technology is developed to investigate the effects of different parameters on the manganese to impurity ratio and concentration of manganese during the leaching process.Research has shown that under the conditions of adding 15%self-produced manganese concentrate,reaction temperature of 95℃ and reaction time of 3 h,the final concentration of manganese in the leaching solution can reach 86.92 g/L,and the manganese to impurities ratio can reach 79.The leaching solution can be used to prepare high-purity manganese sulfate.
