摘 要:本文采用原位复合方法合成了α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)异质结复合材料,利用XRD、SEM对样品进行了表征,并考察其在可见光下的光电响应。结果显示:α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合后光电性能提升显著,其中α-Fe_(2)O_(3)负载量为40%时,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合材料具有最优的光电响应,约为g-C_(3)N_(4)的10倍。α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterojunction composites were prepared by in-situ pyrolytic reaction.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and the photoelectric response under visible light were investigated.Theα-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) composite structure was successfully obtained,and consequently the photoelectric properties of the series of composites were obviously improved.When the loading capacity ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3) reaches 40%,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) composite has the highest photoelectric property,which is about 10 times than that of g-C_(3)N_(4).
