摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为介孔模板剂,合成了多级孔LTA分子筛,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、EDS、ICP-AES等对所制备的产品进行了详细地表征,并系统地研究了合成条件对产物结构的影响。将所制备的多级孔LTA分子筛应用于氨氮的吸附中,并探究了吸附机理,研究了其再生性能。同时,测定了多级孔LTA分子筛的磷吸附性能及氮磷协同吸附性能。将其应用于实际制药过程中产生的氮磷废水吸附中,具有较好的效果。Hierarchical LTA zeolite was synthesized using coal fly ash as raw material and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as mesoporous template.The obtained products were well characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,EDS,ICP-AES,and so on.Also,the effects of synthesis conditions on the structure of the products were systematically studied.Then,the hierarchical LTA zeolite was applied to the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen.The adsorption mechanism was discussed.Furthermore,the hierarchical LTA zeolite was proved to have good adsorption ability even after the fifth use.In the meantime,the phosphorus adsorption properties and the co-adsorption properties of N and P elements were determined.Finally,the hierarchical LTA zeolite was applied to the adsorption of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater produced in the actual pharmaceutical process,which revealed good adsorption efficiency.
