月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐及其复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能

摘　　要：以月桂酸、二乙烯三胺和氯化苄为原料,合成了月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂,并对产品进行了红外表征。在CO_(2)浓度为500 mg/L的模拟矿井水中,腐蚀温度为50℃,缓蚀剂总使用浓度为60 mg/L的条件下对月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐及复配缓蚀剂进行电化学缓蚀性能测试。静态腐蚀失重测试结果表明,在二元复配缓蚀剂中,月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂与二氧化硫脲具有更好的协同效应,在质量比为1∶2时,缓蚀率达到了85.30%。交流阻抗测试结果表明,在二元复配缓蚀剂中,月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂与二氧化硫脲具有更好的协同效应,在质量比为1∶2时,缓蚀率达到了86.68%。极化曲线测试结果表明,月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐与二氧化硫脲复配的缓蚀剂是以抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂;其他配方均是以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。由极化曲线参数计算的缓蚀率与阻抗测试的结果基本一致。Imidazoline laurate quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor was synthesized from lauric acid,diethylenetriamine and benzyl chloride,and the product was characterized by infrared.In simulated mine water with CO_(2) concentration of 500 mg/L,corrosion temperature of 50℃and total corrosion inhibitor concentration of 60 mg/L,the electrochemical corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline laurate and its compound inhibitor was tested.The static corrosion loss test results showed that imidazoline laurate corrosion inhibitor had better synergistic effect with urea sulfur dioxide,and the corrosion inhibition rate reached 85.30%when the mass ratio was 1∶2.Ac impedance test results showed that imidazoline laurate inhibitor had better synergistic effect with urea sulfur dioxide,and the corrosion inhibition rate reached 86.68%when the mass ratio was 1∶2.The polarization curve test results showed that the corrosion inhibitor of imidazoline laurate and urea sulfur dioxide was a mixture of cathode inhibitor.Other formulations were mixed corrosion inhibitors based on inhibitory anodes.The corrosion inhibition rate calculated by the polarization curve parameters was basically consistent with the impedance test results.
