摘 要:按照高频燃烧红外吸收法测定红土镍矿中的碳、硫含量并进行不确定度评定。对样品均匀性、吸湿性、熔融完全性、高频感应电流和氧气等仪器波动、操作熟练性等A类不确定度的评定采用预评估标准差法,对一试样重复测定10次,通过格拉布斯法(Grubbs)检验可疑值后,运用贝塞尔公式进行不确定度计算。对仪器的曲线拟合、称量偏差等B类不确定度逐一进行了量化并通过数学模型进行合成。最终合并A类、B类不确定度得出其合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。测得红土镍矿试样A中碳含量0.080%、硫含量0.019%,在95%的置信概率下,取包含因子k=2,碳含量扩展不确定度U=0.011%,硫含量扩展不确定度U=0.004%。According to the high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method,the carbon and sulfur content in laterite nickel ore were determined and the uncertainty was evaluated.The pre-evaluation standard deviation method was used for the evaluation of type A uncertainties such as sample uniformity,hygroscopicity,melting completeness,high-frequency induced current and oxygen fluctuations,and operational proficiency.One sample was repeatedly measured 10 times,and the uncertainty calculation was carried out after testing the suspicious values by the Grubbs method.The type B uncertainties such as curve fitting and weighing deviation of the instrument were quantified respectively and synthesized using a mathematical model.Finally,the uncertainty of type A and type B was combined to obtain the uncertainty of the synthetic standard and the uncertainty of extension.The carbon content and sulfur content in laterite nickel ore sample A were measured to be 0.080%and 0.019%,under the confidence probability of 95%and the inclusion factor k=2,the carbon content expansion uncertainty U=0.011%,and the sulfur content expansion uncertainty U=0.004%.
