摘 要:建立了一种气味评价与气体预浓缩仪-气相色谱质谱联用法,可用于分析包装材料中的异味物质。本文首先采用专业气味评价组对包装材料进行嗅辨,得到了气味类型与气味强度的结果。这样的方式是用小样本的、代表性人群的气味评价结果来反映普通人群感知的包装材料的异味情况。该气味评价结果被用于指导有针对性的异物物质仪器分析方案的设计:即采用能原位采样的惰性化采样瓶来采集异味物质,以及采用高灵敏的气体预浓缩仪-气相色谱质谱法进行分析。最终使得包装材料中的各类异味物质能被较为全面地识别出来。该方法结合了人鼻嗅辨和仪器分析两者的优势,是一种有效的产品异味源的排查技术策略。An analytical method of combining odour test and cryogenic preconcentrator-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry to identify odour substances in packaging materials was developed.Firstly,the expert olfactory panel carried out the odour test for the packaging materials,and the results of odour type and intensity were obtained.In this way,the odour evaluation results from the representative people were used to reflect the odour of packaging materials perceived by the general population.The olfactory results assisted the design of technical scheme using analytical instruments,that was the inert sampling bottle which can conduct in-situ sampling was used for the sample,in addition the highly sensitive cryogenic preconcentrator-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GCMS)was adopted.Finally relatively comprehensive identification of various types of odour substances could be achieved.This method combines the advantages of human nose olfaction and instrumental analysis,and it is an effective technical strategy for the investigation of product odour sources.
