摘  要:研究了某公司干气压缩机级间气液分离器开裂失效的问题,通过对开裂的本体裂纹处筒体进行切割取样,进行化学分析、硬度试验、铁素体含量检测、宏观检验、金相检验、微观形貌分析和应力分析检测,结果表明该气液分离器筋板与外筒体连接处附近区域开裂是由于介质冲击载荷(疲劳载荷)、局部结构应力、焊接残余应力等联合作用,造成筋板与外筒体的焊接接头的两端焊趾附近萌生裂纹或使该处可能存在的缺陷成为裂纹源,并不断由外筒体内壁向外筒体外壁穿晶扩展,最终发生穿透。The cracking failure of the interstage gas-liquid separator of a dry gas compressor in a company was studied.By cutting and sampling the cylinder at the cracked body crack,chemical analysis,hardness test,ferrite content detection,macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,microscopic morphology analysis and stress analysis were carried out.The results showed that the cracking near the connection between the rib plate and the outer cylinder of the gas-liquid separator was due to the combined action of medium impact load(fatigue load),local structural stress,welding residual stress,etc,which caused cracks near the weld toes at both ends of the welded joint of the rib plate and the outer cylinder or made the possible defects at this place become the source of cracks,and continuously from the inner wall of the outer cylinder to the outer wall of the outer cylinder transgranular expansion,and finally penetrate.
