摘 要:城市轨道车辆车体内气流组织分布是评价车乘人员热舒适的关键指标之一。孔板送风具有送风均匀、局部温差小等优点,被诸多车辆采用为主要的送风方式。然而,这种送风方式的物理模型极其复杂,在采用CFD仿真模拟其气流分布时计算量大、对硬件要求高且耗时间长。因此,本文提出了一种条缝模型,并以某城市轨道车辆为例进行了验证。结果表明所提出的条缝模型在简化孔板圆孔模型的基础上较好地复现孔板圆孔模型的气流分布。The airflow distribution of the urban rail vehicle is one of the key indicators to evaluate the passengers’thermal comfort.Orifice air supply is adopted as a main air supply method in many vehicles due to its characteristics including uniform ventilation,lower local temperature difference,and so on.However,when using CFD software to simulate the airflow distribution of rail vehicles,it leads to higher computationally intensive,hardware-demanding and time-consuming due to its extremely complex physical model.Considering these problems,we proposed a strip model,which is a simplified CFD numerical simulation method based on the orifice air supply.The feasibility of the model was verified using a rail vehicle.The results show that the proposed strip model can simulate the airflow distribution of original model.
