摘 要:为进一步提升高速公路交通安全设施和交通秩序管理精细化、集约化水平,全力保障人民群众出行安全、推动绿色公路建设,进行了京平高速公路交通安全设施精细化、集约化提升改造研究及工程。项目在充分调研京平高速道路及交通现状、未来改扩建需求的基础上,参考国内外的先进设置理念,针对隐患点位综合分析了不同安全设施的设置效果,提出了精细化、集约化提升的设施改造方案。项目实施后,有效降低了事故发生的概率和伤害程度,减少了资源浪费。In order to further enhance the refinement and intensification of traffic safety facilities and traffic order management on highways,fully guarantee the safety of people’s travel,and promote the construction of green highways,research and engineering have been conducted on the refinement and intensification of traffic safety facilities on the Jingping Expressway.Based on a thorough investigation of the current situation and traffic conditions of the Jingping Expressway,as well as future expansion and renovation needs,the project referred to advanced design concepts at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzed the effectiveness of different safety facilities for hidden danger points,and proposed a refined and intensive facility renovation plan.After the implementation of the project,the probability and severity of accidents were effectively reduced,and resource waste was minimized.
