摘  要:在降本增效的前提下及智能建造的应用背景下,本文开展了综合化集成技术的预制梁板智能建造应用分析研究。通过综合运用现代工业设备和信息技术,实现梁板预制集成化、数字化、自动化、可视化、智能化,通过数据共享和协同工作平台,促进设计、生产和施工各环节的协同,提高整体效能,形成最大限度节约资源、保护环境,最大程度提高工程质量、降低安全风险,节约劳动力和改善作业环境的成套技术。Under the premise of reducing costs and efficiency and the background of intelligent construction,this article has carried out analysis of prefabricated beam board intelligent construction and application analysis of comprehensive integration technology.Through the comprehensive use of modern industrial equipment and information technology,the prefabricated,digital,automation,visualization,and intelligence work platforms are achieved.Through data sharing and collaborative working platforms,the coordination and coordination of all aspects of design,production and construction will be promoted to form a complete set of technologies that save resources and protect the environment,maximize the quality of engineering,reduce safety risks,save labor and improve the operating environment.
