摘 要:文章建立了测定二氧化铀样品中微量氟和氯的高温水解-离子选择电极法。采用高温水解法以湿润的氧气流将试样中的氟、氯元素以酸的形式挥发出来,经冷凝后,以氯化物和氟化物的形式捕集在缓冲溶液中。试样馏分采用离子选择性电极法分别测定氟、氯的含量。该实验完成水解时间及氧气流量检测条件的选择,同时得到二氧化铀样品中氟氯含量测定的实际应用。结果表明,二氧化铀样品中氟、氯测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.2%、5.5%。This paper establishes a high-temperature hydrolysis-ion selective electrode method for the determination of trace f luorine and chlorine in uranium dioxide samples.The high-temperature hydrolysis method is used to volatilize the f luorine and chlorine elements in the sample in the form of acids with a moist oxygen f low.After condensation,they are trapped in the buffer solution in the form of chlorides and f luorides.The content of f luorine and chlorine in the sample distillate is determined separately by the ion selective electrode method.The experiment completes the selection of hydrolysis time and oxygen f low detection conditions,and obtains the practical application of the determination of f luorine and chlorine content in uranium dioxide samples.The results show that the relative standard deviations of the f luorine and chlorine determination results in uranium dioxide samples are 5.5%and 4.2%,respectively.
