摘  要:连云港石化产业基地致力于实现SO_(2)、NO_(x)等多种污染物的深度脱除,成功引进华能清洁能源研究院原创的废气污染物一体化脱除示范工程,以推动绿色化工创新发展。该项目于2022年11月顺利落成,其核心工艺设计将50000 m^(3)/h(标准态)的烟气通过喷淋冷却塔进行高效降温,冷却至-15℃导入吸附塔进行氧化吸附处理。入口浓度为150~200 mg/m^(3)的NO_(x)经过氧化吸附作用,出口浓度稳定在3 mg/m^(3)以下,充分展现了优秀的吸附性能。吸附饱和的吸附剂经加热至200℃的解吸炉再生,实现循环利用,解吸出的NO_(x)则回注锅炉,与还原气体的自由基反应生成N_(2),实现N_(2)-NO_(x)-O_(2)热力学平衡。此技术不仅操作简单、能耗低,而且吸附剂来源广泛,产量巨大,为NO_(x)的高效吸附治理开辟广阔的应用前景。Lianyungang Petrochemical Industry Base is committed to the deep removal and near-zero emission of SO_(2),NO_(x) and other pollutants.Successful introduction of Huaneng Clean Energy Research Institute′s original demonstration project of integrated removal of waste gas pollutants to promote the innovative development of green chemical industry.The project was successfully completed in November 2022,its core process design will be 50000 m^(3)/h of f lue gas through the spray cooling tower for eff icient cooling,cooling to-15℃and then into the adsorption tower for oxidation adsorption treatment.The inlet concentration of 150~200 mg/m^(3) NO_(x) is oxidized and adsorbed,and the outlet concentration is stably controlled below 3 mg/m^(3),fully demonstrating the excellent adsorption performance of the technology.The saturated adsorbent is regenerated by the desorption furnace heated to 200℃to achieve recycling,while the desorbed NO_(x) is injected back into the boiler,reacts with the free radical of the reducing gas to generate N_(2),and realizes the N_(2)-NO_(x)-O_(2) thermodynamic equilibrium.This technology is not only simple to operate,low energy consumption,but also has a wide range of adsorbent sources and huge output,which opens up broad application prospects for the eff icient adsorption treatment of NO_(x).
