摘　　要：文章通过实地走访及发放调查问卷,对广东某化工园区内企业安全管理人员、一线员工等进行调研,初步掌握了广东某化工园区化工企业安全建设管理情况、安全生产管理情况。并根据事故案例和调研结果,对园区内危化品生产企业的安全管理制度的制定及执行方面存在的问题,提出了制定适宜园区内危化品生产企业一体化安全管理制度、加强园区周边应急救援条件建设、开展多层次化工安全培训等建议措施。Through f ield visits and questionnaires,the paper investigated the safety management personnel and front-line employees of enterprises in a chemical industry park in Guangdong Province,and initially grasped the safety construction management and safety production management of chemical enterprises in a chemical industry park in Guangdong Province.According to the accident cases and investigation results,the problems existing in the formulation and implementation of the safety management system of hazardous chemical production enterprises in the park are put forward,and some suggestions and measures are proposed to formulate an integrated safety management system suitable for hazardous chemical production enterprises in the park,strengthen the construction of emergency rescue conditions around the park,and carry out multi-level chemical safety training.
