摘　　要：开展职业健康监护能够早期发现危险化学品等有害因素导致的健康损害,有效预防和控制危险化学品行业职业安全健康事故的发生。但目前危险化学品行业职业健康监护工作尚存在一些问题和不足,滞后于行业发展和劳动者安全健康保护要求。需要危险化学品企业、职业病防治机构、职业卫生监督管理部门等共同采取措施,改进和完善危险化学品行业职业健康监护工作,促进危险化学品行业安全健康发展。Occupational health monitoring can detect early health damage caused by hazardous chemicals and other harmful factors,and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of occupational safety and health accidents in the hazardous chemicals industry.However,there are still some problems and def iciencies in the occupational health monitoring work in the hazardous chemical industry,which lags behind the development of the industry and the safety and health protection requirements of workers.It is necessary for hazardous chemical enterprises,occupational disease prevention institutions and occupational health supervision and management departments to jointly take measures to improve and perfect the occupational health monitoring work of the hazardous chemical industry and promote the safe and healthy development of the hazardous chemical industry.
