摘　　要：CVA是测井仪器的零部件,需要在真空条件下注油,文章研究了CVA真空注油装置是利用真空泵将真空桶抽真空,并配备磁力搅拌器增加液压油流动,保证CVA注油时达到维保要求,内部液压油在真空状态下完全注满。因此,大幅缩短了委托外部供应商注油的物流运送时间,提高了工作效率和工作质量。CVA is a component of logging instrument,which needs to be f illed with oil in vacuum condition.This paper studies that CVA vacuum f illing device uses vacuum pump to vacuum vacuum barrel,and is equipped with magnetic stirrer to increase hydraulic oil f low,so as to ensure that CVA oil f illing meets the maintenance requirements and the internal hydraulic oil is completely f illed in vacuum state.Therefore,the logistics transportation time of oil f illing commissioned by external suppliers is greatly shortened,and the work eff iciency and work quality are improved.
