摘  要:工业上假性紫罗兰酮的合成多为间歇式,选择性较低,利用振荡连续流反应器,考察振荡频率、停留时间、反应温度、氢氧化钠用量、丙酮与柠檬醛摩尔比等因素对合成假性紫罗兰酮的影响。结果表明:当振荡频率300 r/min,停留时间1.5 h,反应温度35℃,氢氧化钠用量(质量分数)为1%,丙酮与柠檬醛摩尔比为14∶1时,假性紫罗兰酮的转化率达到了98%,选择性达到了94%。该反应器可以实现假性紫罗兰酮的连续反应。The industrial synthesis of pseudoionone is mostly intermittent with low selectivity.The effects of oscillation frequency,residence time,reaction temperature,sodium hydroxide dosage and molar ratio of acetone to citral on the synthesis of pseudoionone were investigated in an oscillating continuous f low reactor.The results showed that the conversion rate of pseudoionone reached 98%and the selectivity reached 94%when the oscillation frequency was 300 r/min,the residence time was 1.5 h,the reaction temperature was 35℃,the amount of sodium hydroxide(mass fraction)was 1%,and the molar ratio of acetone to citral was 14∶1.The reactor can realize the continuous reaction of pseudoionone.
