摘　　要：文章讨论了一种适用于乳化炸药乳胶基质的新型乳化剂,阐述了该乳化剂的合成方法、确认了分子结构并评价其应用性能。该乳化剂由油酸经聚合反应制备二聚酸,二聚酸与醇胺经酯化反应制备而成的一种非离子表面活性剂二聚酸醇胺酯(DPA)作为一种新型乳化炸药用乳化剂。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪确定了该种乳化剂分子结构,使用极限乳化法评价了该种乳化剂的在制备乳化炸药乳胶基质中的性能,同时评价了乳胶基质的剪切增稠性能。In this paper,a new emulsif ier suitable for emulsion explosive emulsion matrix is discussed,its synthesis method is described,its molecular structure is conf irmed and its application performance is evaluated.The emulsif ier is a kind of non-ionic surfactant dimeric alkyl amine(DPA),which is prepared by polymerization of oleic acid and esterif ication of the dimer acid and alkyl amine,and is used as a new emulsif ier for emulsion explosive.The molecular structure of the emulsif ier was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and the performance of the emulsif ier in the preparation of emulsion explosive emulsion matrix was evaluated by the limit emulsif ication method.
