摘 要:2022年,辽河油田遭遇历史罕见洪水侵袭,曙光地区产量首次归零,大面积油井设施被迫关停。为了加快复产上产,最大限度降低原油产量影响,辽河油田通过建立有效复产组织体系,分析复产前期排涝、修路、供电矛盾关系和生产系统各套设施功能定位,确立排涝优先和以联合站为中心优先启动、各系统并行有序恢复的复产思路,15天完成7座水淹变电所送电,5天恢复4座联合站和1座输油首站主体功能,顺利实现3400余口油井全部复产开井。In 2022,Liaohe oilf ield suffered a rare f lood in history,and production in the Shuguang area went to zero for the f irst time,forcing a large area of oil well facilities to shut down.In order to accelerate the resumption of production and minimize the impact of crude oil production,Liaohe oilf ield established an effective production resumption organization system,analyzed the contradiction between f lood drainage,road repair and power supply in the early stage of production resumption and the functional positioning of each set of facilities in the production system,established the idea of f lood drainage priority and joint station as the center of priority start-up,and all systems were restored in parallel and orderly,and completed 7 f looded substation power supply in 15 days.In f ive days,the main functions of four joint stations and one f irst oil transmission station were restored,and more than 3400 oil Wells were successfully resumed.
