摘 要:在新时代背景下,大学生就业难题成为高校实现高质量就业目标的重要障碍。尽管大学生就业困难的原因众多,但高校在服务大学生就业途径上的单一性无疑是关键因素之一。近年来,高校针对大学生就业的多元化和个性化需求,积极探索以不同组织为载体的就业服务新模式,通过整合和利用资源优势,有效弥补了传统就业服务模式的不足,并取得了显著成效,其中高校共青团的表现尤为突出。文章基于问卷调查信息,分析了共青团服务大学生就业的现状,并结合其职责与能力,探讨了加强和改进大学生就业服务的基本路径,为解决新时代大学生就业难题提供了新的视角和方法借鉴。In the context of the new era,the difficulty of employment for college students has become an important obstacle for universities to achieve high-quality employment goals.Although there are many reasons for the difficulties faced by college students in finding employment,the singularity of universities in providing employment opportunities for college students is undoubtedly one of the key factors.In recent years,universities have actively explored new employment service models based on different organizations to meet the diversified and personalized needs of college students’employment.By integrating and utilizing resource advantages,they have effectively made up for the shortcomings of traditional employment service models and achieved significant results,with the performance of the Communist Youth League in universities being particularly outstanding.Based on questionnaire survey information,this article analyzes the current situation of the Communist Youth League’s service to college students’employment,and explores the basic path to strengthen and improve college students’employment services in combination with its responsibilities and abilities,providing new perspectives and methods for solving the employment problems of college students in the new era.
