摘 要:本文探究了利用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备Mo_(2)FeB_(2)涂层的工艺参数优化问题。采用田口法设计正交实验,选取激光功率、扫描速度、送粉速率作为工艺参数,以稀释率和显微硬度作为评估成型质量的响应目标,通过信噪比和方差分析研究了工艺参数和响应目标的关系,并结合灰色关联分析进行工艺参数优化,得到最佳工艺参数组合为:激光功率5000 W、扫描速度13.6 mm/s、送粉速率15 g/s。使用这一参数组合进行激光熔覆实验,结果显示,相比于正交实验得到的结果,两个响应目标均有所改善,涂层质量显著提升,验证了田口-灰色关联方法的可靠性。In this paper,the optimization of process parameters for preparing Mo_(2)FeB_(2)coating on 45 steel surface using laser cladding technology was investigated.An orthogonal experiment designed via the Taguchi method was conducted,utilizing laser power,scanning speed,and powder feed rate as the process variables.Dilution rate and microhardness were chosen as the response targets to assess the coating quality.The relationship between the process parameters and the response targets was examined through signal-to-noise ratios and variance analysis.The process parameters were further optimized using grey relational analysis,identifying the optimal combination as a laser power of 5000 W,a scanning speed of 13.6 mm/s,and a powder feed rate of 15 g/s.Experiments conducted with this combination demonstrated improvements in both response targets compared with the results from the orthogonal experiment,significantly enhancing the coating quality and confirming the effectiveness of the Taguchi-grey relational analysis method.
