摘　　要：目的观察中西医联合耳部外治法结合常规用药治疗气滞血瘀证极重度突发性聋(SHL)患者的疗效。方法将80例辨证为气滞血瘀证的极重度SHL患者按随机原则分为治疗组和对照组各40例,其中对照组予以常规药物治疗;治疗组在常规基础上结合中西医联合耳部外治法。比较两组患者治疗后纯音测听改善情况,耳鸣评分和HAMA评分。结果治疗组总有效率为72.5%,对照组总有效率为42.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳鸣评分和HAMA评分在治疗前后统计学具有统计学差异。结论中西医联合耳部外治法结合常规治疗能有效提高极重度SHL患者的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine with external ear treatment combined with conventional medication on patients with extremely severe sudden deafness(SHL)due to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Method A total of 80 patients with extremely severe SHL due to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine drug treatment.The treatment group combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine with external ear treatment on a routine basis.The improvement of pure tone audiometry,tinnitus score,and HAMA score between two groups of patients after treatment were combined.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.5%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 42.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tinnitus score and HAMA score showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine with external ear treatment combined with routine treatment can effectively improve the efficacy of patients with extremely severe SHL.
