摘　　要：本文报道1例以咽部不适为主要症状的DISH(弥漫性特发性骨肥厚)综合征。患者因咽部不适4个月来院就诊,电子喉镜见咽后壁明显隆起,触之较硬,颈部增强MR见C3-7颈椎前缘见片状短T1长T2影,符合DISH综合征的诊断。This article reports a case of DISH syndrome with pharyngeal discomfort as the main symptom.The patient came to the hospital for 4 months due to pharyngeal discomfort.The electronic laryngoscope showed a significant protrusion of the posterior wall of the pharynx,which was hard to touch.On MRI of the neck,a short T1 and long T2 shadow was seen at the anterior edge of the C3-7 cervical spine,which is consistent with the diagnosis of DISH syndrome.
