摘　　要：鼻中隔偏曲手术是耳鼻咽喉科的常用手术,患者围手术期的许多问题尚未得到很好解决,可能影响手术效果及其预后。目前,虽然围手术期相关问题的干预方法很多,但缺乏系统的规范性处理方案。本文就鼻中隔偏曲围手术期相关问题的处理方案进行综合分析,以便为临床实践提供借鉴。Septoplasty is a kind of commonly performed surgery in otolaryngological practice.However,many clinical problems perhaps met in perioperative period have not been properly resolved for patients preparing to undergo such a kind of operation yet,possibly seriously affecting their outcomes of operation and the quality of life.At present,there are many managing strategies has been emerged for such clinical problems,but with few set up following systematic and normative evaluation.This article was aimed to summarize the research progress in the managing strategies for such associated clinical problems possibly occurring in the perioperative period of septoplasty to provide some new ideas for clinical practice.
