摘 要:聚乙烯粉尘火灾爆炸事故时常发生,为提高企业安全生产,选取三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(melaminecyanurate,MCA)和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(melaminepyrophos-phate,MPP)两种抑爆粉体,使用20L爆炸球实验装置,从爆炸特征参数、热解特性及爆炸产物综合分析了抑爆剂对聚乙烯粉爆炸特性的影响.结果表明:MCA和MPP对聚乙烯粉具有好的抑制效果,且随着抑爆浓度的增加而进一步增强,当MCA和MPP分别添加67.5%(质量分数)和60%(质量分数)时,聚乙烯粉爆炸被完全抑制.通过热解特性分析发现,加入MCA和MPP抑爆剂能减缓聚乙烯粉氧化和热分解,且混合物的活化能均高于单一聚乙烯粉.与此同时,通过ReaxFF-MD模拟分析发现,抑爆剂成功减弱了聚乙烯粉在高温热解时的气相反应.此外,结合爆炸压力、热解特性以及爆炸产物分析了其抑制机理.研究结果对聚乙烯粉爆炸防治具有科学实际指导意义.Polyethylene dust fire and explosion accidents occur from time to time.In order to improve the safety of enterprise production,two kinds of explosion suppression powder MCA and MPP were selected and the 20 L exploding ball experimental device was used,to comprehensively analyze the effect of explosion suppression agent on the explosion characteristics of polyethylene powder from the explosion characteristic parameters,pyrolysis characteristics and explosion products.The results show that:MCA and MPP powder had a good inhibition effect on polyethylene,and with the increase in the concentration of explosion suppression and further enhancement,when 67.5%of MCA mass fraction and 60%of MPP mass fraction were added,the polyethylene powder explosion was completely inhibited.Through an analysis of pyrolysis characterisation,it was found that the addition of MCA and MPP inhibitors could slow down the oxidation and thermal decomposition of polyethylene powder,and the activation energies of the mixtures were higher than those of single polyethylene powder.At the same time,ReaxFF-MD simulation analysis showed that the inhibitors successfully attenuated the gas-phase reaction of polyethylene powder during pyrolysis at high temperatures.In addition,the inhibition mechanism was analysed by combining the explosion pressure,pyrolysis characteristics and explosion products.The study results have scientific and practical significance for the prevention and control of polyethylene powder explosion.
