摘 要:由于聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)的合成属于高温高压(HPHT)烧结,又属液相烧结,它的合成温度与合成压力必须使金刚石处于热力学稳定区,即合成压力的最低值应高于合成温度相对应的平衡压力,以防止金刚石的过度石墨化。因此,温度和压力是影响PDC性能的重要参数。通过耐磨性能和抗冲性能检测,开展在不同的合成压力和合成温度下PDC的性能差异研究,并分析温度和压力的影响机理,对聚晶金刚石复合片合成有一定的指导意义。结果表明,在合适的温度条件下,提高聚晶金刚石复合片的合成压力,能提高其耐磨性能和抗冲性能。在合适的压力条件下,聚晶金刚石复合片的合成温度需要一个较合适的范围。Because the synthesis of PDC belongs to high temperature and high pressure(HPHT)sintering,and to liquid phase sintering,its synthesis temperature and synthesis pressure must make the diamond in the thermodynamic stability zone,that is,the lowest value of the synthesis pressure should be higher than the equilibrium pressure corresponding to the synthesis temperature,so as to prevent excessive graphitization of diamond.Therefore,the temperature and pressure are the important parameters affecting the PDC properties.Through the detection of wear resistance and impact resistance,the performance difference of PDC under different synthetic pressure and synthetic temperature was studied,and the influence mechanism of temperature and pressure were analyzed,which has certain guiding significance for the synthesis of diamond composite sheet.The results show that increasing the synthesis pressure of diamond composite sheet can improve the wear resistance and impact resistance under the appropriate temperature conditions.Under the appropriate pressure conditions,the synthesis temperature of the diamond composite sheet needs a more appropriate range.
