摘　　要：随着新一轮科技革命的加速,数字经济快速发展,推动着经济增长方式和社会治理方式发生深刻变革。繁荣数字经济、促进APEC数字经济国际合作,是亚太实现创新增长、包容性增长、可持续增长的重要路径。APEC在数字经济合作战略规划、组织架构完善和多个具体领域开展了一系列合作实践并取得了引人瞩目的成效。同时,随着国际和亚太区域经济与政治格局的演变,APEC的数字经济合作也面临着新的机遇和挑战。APEC是中国加入的第一个区域经济合作组织,APEC加强了中国与其他亚太成员间的交流和经贸关系,同时,中国也为推动亚太数字经济合作做出了诸多贡献。展望未来,作为APEC最大的发展中成员,中国将继续积极参与APEC新时期的数字经济合作,维护和践行多边主义,推动亚太和全球数字治理体系向更公平、合理的方向变革。With the acceleration of the new round of technological revolution,the digital economy is developing rapidly,promoting profound changes in the mode of economic growth pattern and social governance.Prospering digital economy and promoting the cooperation among APEC members,is an essential path in advancing innovative growth,inclusive growth and sustainable growth for the Asia-Pacific.APEC has carried out a series of cooperation and achieved remarkable results in strategic planning,organizational structure improvement,and many areas in digital economy cooperation.With the evolution of the global and Asia-Pacific regional economy and political patterns,APEC digital economy cooperation has been facing new opportunities and challenges.APEC is the first regional economic cooperation organization that China joined,and APEC has strengthened exchanges and economic and trade relations between China and other Asia-Pacific members.Meanwhile,China has made many contributions in pushing forward Asia-Pacific digital economy cooperation.Looking ahead,as the largest developing member of APEC,China will continue to actively participate in APEC digital economy cooperation,uphold and practice multilateralism,and foster the transformation of the Asia-Pacific and global digital governance system more fairer and more reasonable.
