摘  要:为评价不同免疫方案对商品猪猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染的防控效果,在一规模化猪场选取240头未经PRRS疫苗免疫且无PRRSV感染的断奶仔猪分成3组,组内包含15头耳牌跟踪猪。其中混合免疫组、弱毒疫苗组在25 d免疫PRRS经典毒株弱毒疫苗,混合免疫组在50 d免疫PRRS经典毒株灭活疫苗;对照组不接种PRRS疫苗。试验前称重并记录各组耗料情况,于44 d(首免后20 d)或猪群出现PRRSV感染后每隔10 d采血监测PRRSV病毒血症以及抗体产生情况,试验后称取各组试验猪重量。结果显示,2个组猪在首免后抗体出现上升,于99 d(二免后49 d)猪群产生了较高的抗体水平,并持续到试验结束。而混合免疫组在二免后20 d,对照组在69 d监测到有猪开始出现PRRSV病毒血症,弱毒疫苗组于89 d发现有猪出现病毒血症。表明对试验猪免疫1次PRRS弱毒疫苗,可显著降低猪只感染PRRSV后的病毒血症几率,以及病毒血症持续时间;与未接种疫苗的猪相比,接种PRRS疫苗的猪在料肉比方面没有表现出明显的差异;接种该弱毒疫苗免疫25 d的基础上,加免1针灭活疫苗没有显示出明显优势。To evaluate the prevention and control effect of different immunization regimens on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)infection in commercial pigs,240 weaned piglets who were not immunized with PRRS vaccine and did not have PRRSV infection were divided into 3 groups in a large-scale pig farm,including 15 ear brand tracking pigs.The mixed immune group and the attenuated vaccine group were immunized with the attenuated PRRS classic strain vaccine at 25 days,and the mixed immune group was immunized with the inactivated PRRS classic strain vaccine at 50 days.The control group was not vaccinated with PRRS vaccine.Before the test,the weight was weighed and the feed consumption of each group was recorded.Blood samples were collected every 10 days at 44d(20 days after the first immunization)or after PRRSV infection occurred in pigs to monitor PRRSV vireemia and antibody production.After the test,the weight of pigs in each group was weighed.The results showed that the antibody levels of the pigs in both groups increased after the first immunization,and the pigs produced higher antibody levels on 99d(49 days after the second immunization)and continued to the end of the trial.At 20 days after immunization,PRRSV viremia was detected in pigs in the mixed immune group,and PRRSV viremia was detected in pigs in the control group at 69d and in pigs in the attenuated vaccine group at 89d.These results indicated that one dose of PRRS attenuated vaccine could significantly reduce the probability and duration of viremia after PRRSV infection in pigs.Compared with unvaccinated pigs,pigs vaccinated with PRRS vaccine did not show significant difference in feed/meat ratio.On the basis of 25 days of immunization with the attenuated vaccine,adding one dose of inactivated vaccine had no obvious advantage.
