摘 要:为准确掌握2018-2023年四川开江县猪群中口蹄疫(FMD)、猪瘟(CSF)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)的免疫效果,从辖区359个场(点)随机采集猪血清3420份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行FMD、CSF和PRRS免疫抗体检测。结果显示,FMD、CSF和PRRS场(点)阳性率分别为79.94%、89.97%和67.41%,样品阳性率分别为83.92%、91.96%和76.05%,FMD和CSF免疫抗体阳性率逐年呈波浪式整体上升趋势,PRRS呈逐年下降趋势;在不同区域方面,所有乡镇的FMD和CSF样品阳性率均达到农业农村部规定标准,其中淙城街道的FMD和CSF场(点)阳性率、样品阳性率均最高,灵岩镇PRRS样品阳性率未达到农业农村部规定标准;在场点类型方面,屠宰环节的场(点)阳性率显著低于养殖环节(P<0.05),规模场(存栏量≥500头)的场(点)阳性率、样品阳性率均高于适度规模场(存栏量<500头)和散养户;从不同生长阶段来看,种畜样品阳性率均最高,分别为91.82%、95.33%和87.15%;在不同季节方面,FMD和CSF样品阳性率最高为夏季,分别为90.36%和96.70%,最低为春季。监测结果表明,开江县猪群中FMD、CSF和PRRS的整体免疫效果较好,建立了有效的免疫保护屏障,结果为进一步做好3种主要病毒性疫病的科学防控提供了参考依据。In order to understand the immune effects of FMD,CSF and PRRS in pigs of Kaijiang county of Sicuan province during 2018 to 2023,3420 serum samples of swine were randomly collected from 359 farms for immune antibodies tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the farm positive rates of FMD,CSF and PRRS respectively were 79.94%,89.97%and 67.41%,and the positive sample rates respectively were 83.92%,91.96%and 76.05%.The positive rates of immune antibodies of FMD and CSF increased year by year,while PRRS decreased.In different areas,positive sample rates of FMD and CSF samples in all townships reached the standard of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,among which the positive rates of FMD and CSF sites and samples in Chongcheng were the highest,while the positive rate of PRRS samples in Lingyan were not reach the standard.In different locations,the positive rates of slaughter house was significantly lower than that of the breeding farms(P<0.05),and the positive rates of farms and samples in large scale farms with more than 500 stocks were higher than that of the moderate scale farm and scatter-feed house.In different herds,the positive sample rates of breading stock were the highest,which were 91.82%,95.33%and 87.15%.In different seasons,the positive sample rates of FMD and CSF were the highest in summer,which respectively were 90.36%and 96.70%,while the lowest in spring.The research results showed that the immune effects of FMD,CSF and PRRS in pigs of Kaijiang county was better during 2018 to 2023,and an effective immune protective barrier was established.This result provided data reference for further scientific prevention and control of FMD,CSF and PRRS.
